Yes. Free and paid links never expire unless you set a custom expiry date (available on the Starter plan). You can also delete links at any time from your dashboard.
Free accounts can create up to 5 links. Starter accounts can create up to 50 links. Pro accounts have unlimited links.
Log in to your ShortU account, go to your Profile page and scroll to the API Tokens section. Click 'Create token', give it a name, and copy the token displayed — it is shown only once.
Yes, on the Starter plan and above. Open the link in your dashboard, click Edit and update the destination URL. The short code stays the same.
Use the Abuse Report form linked in the footer and Support menu. Provide the suspicious short link and select the abuse category. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Yes. ShortU records country, device type, browser and referrer for analytics but does not store full IP addresses in an identifiable form. We do not sell your data.
